Vases with simple flowers and greens in placed on the table. (3 vases of flowers for over 15 guests, 2 vases over 7 guests and 1 vase for 2-6 guests This package also includes plates, glasses, silverware, cloth napkins and placements. Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking a 50% non refundable deposit will secure the event date, and the remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to the event. Client is to consider a back up indoor option for the event due to weather related circumstances. The event stylist has the right to cancel the event due to problematic forecast in weather and will notify the client at least 24 hours prior to the event to determine backup indoor location or reschedule within a 3 month time period from original picnic date.
