Service Description
The children's picnic package comes with your choice of color for disposable plates and cups, as well as straws that coordinate with the color of choice. Disposable napkins, a golden bar for over top the table with hanging gemstones, and bohemian styled decor and ivy accents. Table is decorated with a soft runner in a tan color, accent rugs and pillows included. 4 pillows in the choice of accent color used to enhance the party mood. Delivery and set up included in this price.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to the event. Due to unforeseen weather circumstances, it is advised to consider an indoor event backup option for the day of the event. The event stylist has the right to cancel the event due to problematic forecast as a last result due to concerning weather and will notify the client at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the event within a 3 month time period from original picnic date. In the event you need to cancel your picnic for any reason, cancelation requires a 72 hour notice in writing, a credit will be granted and valid for 3 months from original picnic date. Damage to picnic items that will significantly impact service will incur a $50 charge per item for repair or professional cleaning costs. Thank you for supporting a woman owned small local business!
