Take your next special occasion to the next level with Nature Meets Luxury. Our Customized Themed Picnic Party for 6-10 people is the perfect way to make your event memorable. Start by brainstorming with us to create the perfect picnic theme for your event. Then, book a 15 minute consultation to get the party planning underway. We will provide all the picnic items for 2 hours and 30 minutes, and return to collect them afterwards. Food is not included. Let Nature Meets Luxury make your special occasion one to remember.

Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking a full deposit is required to hold the date the time of the picnic event. All deposits are non refundable. The event stylist has the right to cancel the event due to problematic forecast in weather and will notify the client to reschedule within a 3 month time period from original picnic date. In the event you need to cancel your picnic for any reason, cancelation requires a 72 hour notice in writing, a credit will be issued and valid for 3 months from original picnic date. Damage to picnic items that will significantly impact service will incur a $50 charge per item for repair or professional cleaning costs. Please do not come to the scheduled event early. The stylist will be working hard to ensure the event is styled and ready for your scheduled event time. coming to the picnic event at your scheduled time will ensure the stylist has full focus and time in making your event truly special and fully styled.
