Service Description

Imagine a hand made wooden table, green garland down center and above you on a gold rod, 1 bouquet of natural flowers in season . Gold small lanterns with lights hanging from a tree or bush to surround you with a soft glow, a table runner, with 2 black rod lanterns on the table, one vintage coffee/tea pot with a candle to keep whatever you have to share warm. Fairy lights run through the garland above and below. Vintage styled plates, charger mats, gold silverware, crystal vintage styled glasses, rugs, soft pillows to sit on the ground for a more intimate experience. Napkins included. 1 basket for added sweetness, maybe you have something to add into the basket, a add on option such as a deck of cards, your own a special note, you decide. This makes a unique picnic surprise for any occasion, a romantic date, an anniversary, or a proposal. This package does not come with food.

Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking a full deposit is required to hold the date the time of the picnic event. All deposits are non refundable. The event stylist has the right to cancel the event due to problematic forecast in weather and will notify the client to reschedule within a 3 month time period from original picnic date. In the event you need to cancel your picnic for any reason, cancelation requires a 72 hour notice in writing, a credit will be issued and valid for 3 months from original picnic date. Damage to picnic items that will significantly impact service will incur a $50 charge per item for repair or professional cleaning costs. Please do not come to the scheduled event early. The stylist will be working hard to ensure the event is styled and ready for your scheduled event time. coming to the picnic event at your scheduled time will ensure the stylist has full focus and time in making your event truly special and fully styled.
