Service Description

Vintage inspired settings, colors of oranges, blushes, golden yellows, seasonal decor to include tall blush candles, seasonal fresh flowers, vintage inspired goblets, mixed floral plates, silverware, tea cups, napkins and more…golden bar added for simple bistro lighting and added draped cloth for added vintage vibe. Muted tones in decor added. All packages have a set up, breakdown, delivery fee and planning fee included in the cost.

Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to the event. Due to unforeseen weather circumstances, it is advised to consider an indoor event backup option for the day of the event. The event stylist has the right to cancel the event due to problematic forecast as a last result due to concerning weather and will notify the client at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the event within a 3 month time period from original picnic date. In the event you need to cancel your picnic for any reason, cancelation requires a 72 hour notice in writing, a credit will be granted and valid for 3 months from original picnic date. Damage to picnic items that will significantly impact service will incur a $50 charge per item for repair or professional cleaning costs. Thank you for supporting a woman owned small local business!
