How long does a full set picnic package take to set up and cleanup?
30-42 guests approximately 3 hours to set up and 2.5 hours breakdown
20-29 guests approximately 2.5 hours set up and 2 hours break down
10-19 guests approximately 2 hours set up and 1 hour breakdown
4-9 guests 1.5 to 2 hours set up and 1 to1.5 hours breakdown
2 guests 1.5 hour set up and 1 hour breakdown

What happens if the weather is
going to storm?
A second back up indoor plan will be discussed and agreed on prior to your picnic date.
Your coordinator will be watching for distressing weather prior to your event and reach out to you 48 hours or earlier prior to the picnic date to determine the alternative backup plans. Your coordinator will assist you in alternative plans to hold the event at the backup indoor location or to assist you in rescheduling your picnic event (within the calendar year).

How do you secure the date and
time of the picnic?
A 50% deposit secures the date and time of the picnic. 3-4 weeks prior to the picnic a picture collage is sent to the client of the picnic package chosen. The coordinator may also have additional questions in regards to your event and location of placement for tables and any extra services you have ordered.

When does the picnic payment
need to be paid in full?
Full payment is required 14 days prior to the picnic date. This ensures that items for your picnic are ordered and prepared in time including flowers for your picnic for under 30 guests.
For parties larger than 30 guests, payment in full is required 18 days prior to the picnic date to ensure all items are ordered and adequate time for ordering and preparing flowers for your event.

How is it determined when clean
up takes place?
We prioritize your event running smoothly. Based on our extensive experience, we take into consideration what type of event it is, timing of the meal, and typically come back when the party has moved from the meal at the table, we slip quietly in, and start to remove the plates and glassware. Typically the party will have gathered to open presents, or off dancing, or have shifted to another area to socialize. If there are many guests at the table, we accommodate by cleaning up other parts of the party first so all can enjoy the picnic at their leisure.
Larger parties it is recommended to clean up 2 hours after the start time. Smaller parties the recommended time to clean up is 1.5 hours after the start time.
